These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Rekrutify LLC ("Rekrutify", "we", "us") for B2B staff augmentation, including our 1-Week Free Trial, hourly billing structures, and placement protocols.
Rekrutify offers a risk-free 1-week trial for new client placements. During this period, you evaluate the assigned professional's performance. If you are unsatisfied, you may cancel the engagement with no financial obligation for that week. If you continue the engagement, the trial period will be billed retroactively as part of your first invoice.
Our services operate on a transparent, flat hourly rate model. Invoices are generated bi-weekly based on approved timesheets. Payment is due upon receipt. Rekrutify handles all international payroll, taxes, and compliance—you simply pay a single domestic invoice.
All intellectual property generated by Rekrutify professionals during their engagement with your company remains your exclusive property. Professionals execute binding confidentiality agreements to protect your trade secrets and proprietary data.
While we rigorously vet our talent, Rekrutify acts as a staffing facilitator. Clients are responsible for the daily operational direction of the augmented staff. Rekrutify's maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific professional during the preceding 30 days.
